At Humna Creations, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. As most of our products are unstitched fabrics, we accept exchanges only under the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed package being opened.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Once your request is verified, you will receive either:

A replacement product (subject to availability), or
-
Store credit equal to the product value.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or incorrectly delivered and meet the exchange eligibility conditions.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
Important Information

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Slight variations in colour due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.

Since our products are unstitched fabrics, differences in stitching outcome, colour preference, or change of mind are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be covered under this Return & Exchange Policy.
